One of the challenges of being a full-time artist is to allow time to experiment and do things that are a bit different, and I do love creating my Willow sculpture, which I sometimes share here, but taking time out to experiment and work in different ways is really important. as I rarely find time to do this at the moment

As anyone who knows art and creativity is a big part of my life, but I do like to challenge myself.
So last autumn I decided to do something to kick start my experimental creative journey again and applied to join the Aspire program at ASPEX Portsmouth art organisation and gallery in Prtsmoutn, so once a month I met  with a great group of other creatives all from very different practises and backgrounds, it was a great experience and is having the desired effect we are working together to produce a group show early in March 25  which we have named “Traces of Being”
